Gmail is the mostly used email services in the world. Hundreds of thousands of emails are sent and received on a daily basis. To make it recognizable, every email has a unique sender’s email address and name, however the designation and signature of the person is not visible in the Sent mail. Clearly the designation and signature of a person is unique and it must follow the content in the mail. In this tutorial today, I will explain “How can you add a signature to the outgoing email“.
Add a signature to Gmail
# Firstly, you need to login to your gmail account and click on the Settings icon < Settings
# Once the Settings Dialog Box appears, drag down to Signature Box
# There you have two options to insert a Signature, either you can Upload an image of your Signature or you can just type the required text say your “name” in the text box.
However in this tutorial, I chose to upload a Signature image.
# Once the Upload is complete, you will see the following
# Now Save the Settings and now you are ready to Compose a mail with your Signature
# As you can see in the Screenshot above that the Signature is successfully added to your outgoing mail.
I hope that this tutorial on Adding a Signature to Outgoing Mail in Gmail is clear to you and now you can perform the similar steps to Add a Signature to the Gmail. You can post your queries below, if any.
